country living
So I just spent the past hour and a half creating a blog post that should have taken 15 minutes tops. Blogger is driving me nuts, either that or it's just my computer suddenly deciding to be slow? In any case, after this ridiculous length of time downloading photos of trees, gifts, and cookies, BLOGGER ATE MY POST. Yep, it ate it. I hit publish and there it wasn't (or at least half of it had vanished). Kapoot.
Folks, this tells me two things.
1) After the holidays I need to make the switch to Wordpress. I have another blog on wordpress and life is so much easier over there!
2) This week I should be concentrating on work, my job interview this afternoon, last-minute gifts, wrapping gifts, baking cookies, and enjoying my family.
Therefore, I have decided I will be back after the Holidays.
Have a wonderful Christmas filled with love, family, friends, and celebration over the Birth of Christ.
Happy Holidays!
I haven't used it yet, but I've been hearing recommendations to do posts in Live Writer. I downloaded it and plan to use it soon. I understand you can do your whole post, pictures and all, and then post it to your blog wherever it is hosted. Have a Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteGood luck on the job interview! And thanks for all the great posts!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteDarling, you MUST get Windows Live Writer - you won't believe how easy it is to upload and post. No more Blogger stress ! It works for both Blogger and WP (I recently switched, that's a whole other load of hassles...) WLW is free !
ReplyDeleteAnd Merry Merry Christmas to you and your family !
